Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders (New Zealand)

All orders within New Zealand are dispatched from our Auckland depot. Retail orders will be shipped via NZ Post within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Retail orders are eligible for free shipping on orders over NZD $50, with delivery expected within 5-7 standard business days. This offer includes tracking and applies only to retail orders within New Zealand. Please note, this offer excludes wholesale orders and shipments to locations outside of New Zealand.

For wholesale orders, shipping fees will be waived for orders exceeding 50 units. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of wholesale orders within New Zealand after shipping details have been confirmed. For wholesale orders to destinations outside of New Zealand, please contact our team at tootsies.nz@gmail.com to obtain estimated shipping times based on our shipping partners' schedules.

Liability for Shipping Delays

Tootsies is not liable for delays caused by NZ Post or any third-party shipping providers. Should you not receive your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer care team. We will investigate any issues and respond to inquiries within one business day.
